Rowland Hill (1919 - 1979) was a Belfast artist known for his Irish landscape paintings. He predominantly painted Belfast, Donegal and North coast scenes, often painting in the company of Theo Gracey and Padraic Woods He exhibited at the Royal Ulster Academy at the young age of 16 years old. He later went on to exhibit at RHA, London and further afield. many of his works are in the Northern Ireland Civil Service Collection.
