A stunning piece of jewellery from the renowned Irish silversmith. His work was inspired by the Irish countryside, culture, people, language and folklore.
Pádraig was the first Irish metalworker to be invited to take part in the Silver Triennial of European handmade silver in 1980; after this he was invited again in 1983, ‘86 and ‘89. In 1980 he spent some months studying in Germany as a guest of the University Fachhochschule fuer Gestaltung in Schwabisch Gmund, one of the most important art metal schools in Europe.
